In the USA traditional Christmas dinner includes turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and vegetables. In Puerto Rico, people usually eat roast suckling pig – lechón. In Sweden Christmas starts with cold fish dishes. In Portugal people prefer codfish and boiled potatoes. In Belarus and Poland you can see cold meat dishes, meat or fish salads, and hot food (meat/fish and potatoes) on the Christmas table.
